Hi, I am Holly Catling and my homemade cake making business is based at Cramlington, Northumberland.

At A Touch of Frosting we are specialists in making wedding cakes, celebration cakes, novelty cakes, and chocolate items such as my chocolate shoes.

I offer a high quality personal service including an initial home consultation (with samples), baking and decoration to the highest quality and personal delivery. We will also, if required, setup your cake at your venue- free in the local area.

I  provide a bespoke service where each cake is baked and decorated to your specification. Important note, I cater for all special dietary requirements such as celiac disease, nut allergies and egg allergies.

I have professional experience and currently hold:
⇒ NCFE level 1 award in creative craft using cake decoration.
⇒ Level 2 food safety and hygiene for catering.
